  • Meeting data is collected when our virtual agent joins a meeting.
  • Non-personal data is collected automatically through analytics tools.

Your data is stored securely in a U.S.-based data center using Supabase as our backend cloud provider.

We implement the following measures to protect your data:

  • Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (using HTTPS/SSL) and at rest.
  • Access Control: Data access is limited to authorized personnel using strong authentication methods like MFA.
  • Regular Security Updates: Systems are regularly patched and updated.
  • Monitoring: Suspicious activity is monitored, and access logs are maintained.

Data is retained until a user explicitly deletes their account. Upon deletion, all associated data is permanently removed.
